Dr. O'Connor's reported five cases of a rare bile duct cancer in the community of 1200 residents of Fort Chipewyan.
Additionally he claimed that a 33 year old patient elegantly died of colon cancer.
Those claims turned out to be incorrect or as the NP put it Dr. O'Connor's public statements about the health of Fort Chipewyan's residents contained "mistruths, inaccuracies and unconfirmed information."
